grateful I plugged the water cooler into the outlet went into the restroom for 30 seconds and came out to a full blown smoking unit!! Grateful I was home when this occurred and even more grateful my grandchildren weren't hurt. Very light weight you could lift this unit with your index finger. I do Not recommend this product. I've purchased several items from Great Offer Stock and this was my only issue.

great others wrote it broke hot cold didn't work. We never plugged it in. Use as water dispenser sans temp controls. Has never leaked.

So bad you'd think it was fake. First warning is how light the box is. So light you'd think the box is empty. I had several issues with this unit; first of which is that it leaked water all over my house (from the cold water tap, less than 24 hours in service). Second is that this is a "Thermo Electric" unit (which I overlooked when ordering) which means you don't get continuous piping hot water or cold ice water. Instead you get kind of in the middle range temperatures and after dispensing a couple glasses it goes right back to room temps. Why you ask? Because the thermo electric process can't keep up so small talks (of hot and cold) water are stored. Takes about an hour to refill them to the expected temperatures again. Lastly, there's a cooling fan (sounds like a computer fan) that runs continuously while it's chilling / heating water. That fan is loud enough that I could hear it most anywhere in a small apartment. It only runs when needed but still, quiet operation is not it's thing.
