It gets stuck constantly. Will not go over any transitions. Gets stuck on all rugs and carpet.

The first one I got didn't charge, but I was able to exchange it with no problems. This one works great. I have an endless amount of pet hair, and it does a good job of getting it swept up and keeping the cats entertained.

Love this thing!! I put it in the center of my living room and turn it on to the "maximum" time setting, run my errands, and when I come home, my floor is clean! Awesome!

I love this little guy, and it is impressive to open the drawer after he's been working away to see everything he has picked up. I'm not quite sure what pattern he's going in however - it seems a bit random, and he sometimes gets stuck and needs rescuing. For the price, however, I think he's a gem!

This worked great for the first couple of weeks that I used it. I have hardwood and it did a fine job of picking up those things that I miss with a broom. It started to clog after a while though and now I feel like I have to take it apart to clean it every time I use. If you don't have pets, this one might be for you.

Great for non carpet floors. Terrible for carpet. On carpet will get stuck. Luckily new place is many non carpet or would of been returned

I bought this as a replacement for an old roomba that I had for over 10 years. This gets stuck on every carpet, short or tall. It picks up very little and runs only for 10-15 minutes and shuts off. I gave it "fair" only because it's okay on hardwood floors.

easy to use and easy to clean out. So sit back and enjoy while this Robot cleans for you!

Product is not multi-surface. Works well on hardwood floor but does not work on even a thin carpet. product cannot go from one surface to another even if only 0.25" difference. Cannot go from hardwood floor to carpet and just gets tangled up or stops.
