We have a fancy tile in our bathroom that goes around so please measure the distance between the shower head and any tile to make sure it it can fit. Also the distance between your head and the shower handle.

I thought this was complete with the on /off handle, it is not. For the price I thought it had everything needed. Directions very minimal.

This was comparable with many more expensive trim kits I looked at. Very satisfied.

This is the 2nd shower head I bought & it's great - 22 has one in the master bedroom shower & then we remodeled my daughters bathroom & purchased another - perfect

We bought this for our new house and it works great. I like the fact you can use both shower heads at the same time.

This shower system works great. It has an easy and smooth switch from one head to the other. The only issue we had was trying to put the washers in place. We had so much trouble with one that we just left it out and it works fine. There was a little water that dripped from the top of the shower head (not were the washer should have been) but a little more tape fixed that problem. I was also glad that I read the previous reviews and removed the water restrictor and the pressure seems fine.

This shower is system is just what we were looking for! It's made of quality materials, and was super easy to install. Only gripe is the water pressure on the hand-held shower is reduced. There is probably a water regulating device of some sort...we'll find it, remove it, and the set will be perfect!

Love the rain shower. Watched YouTube before installing. Made instructions clearer. Ev. Fit perfectly. When I don't want to get me hair wet I switch to the other smaller head. Removed the water restrictors no problem and water pressure is now perfect.

Looks great in our newly tiled big shower! I like that it had an attached soap dish that lets the water drain. The only thing that I wish was in the details was that it requires you buying a separate valve to actually turn it on. We did, and have an extra shower head in a drawer.

I've been using this product for 9 months so I feel qualified for this review. This is a great showerhead! First of all it's beautiful! It's also very functionable. The handheld is easy to adjust up and down on the bar, as well as back and forth so it shoots either further out or more downward. The length of the hose is phenomenal! The soap dish is very handy and adjusts easily. The number of water settings is great. It has only two issues that stopped me from giving it 5 stars. The first is the water saver feature that I'm sure is inside somewhere. I know I have a lot of water pleasure in that bathroom and I wish the water came out a little harder, especially from the rain shower head. On the handheld, the tighter the water setting that you choose, of course the harder it comes out. But I like the hand held in place, angled out and on the full head setting. Because of the water saving feature it doesn't shoot out very far and I have to stand very close to be in the water. This is just my personal opinion and would not stop me from buying this again if I needed to. The other issue is random water coming out of the rain head. Not sure how this happens but obviously water is slipping by whatever is inside stopping the flow when you turn it off, but at a very, very slow rate. Hours after a shower and after so much slipping by, a rather large amount will just come out of the head. This continues periodically always. I wouldn't say that it is so much that I'm increasing my water usage by gallons, but it's enough that my shower floor never really gets to be fully dry. This didn't happen immediately, but within about two months of using it. It doesn't seem to be getting worse, but of course it is a problem that won't fix on it's own. That is definitely a drawback that someone should know before they purchase it.

We got this shower to go in our handicapped adapted bathroom because we didn't want the bathroom to look 100% like a handicapped bathroom. This is perfect!! Looks great and the hand-held shower head works great for the body and the upper shower for washing his hair.

The water pressure is light, however you can take off a restrictor to help with that. Also, the larger head can leak at times. The large waterfall head is amazing, and the overall functionality of the unit is great. Customer service for the company is awesome and helped me out tremendously when I had to call. Good unit, and I have two.
