No complaints. Great price for a great product. We bought this to support a foam mattress, that turned out to be much lighter than expected. Which is a good thing. But therefore, I can't speak for this boxspring's quality when paired with a heavy mattress. For our lightweight mattress it does its job perfectly. The boxspring itself is very light also, so it is easy to maneuvre around when vaccuuming underneath it.
