Excellent under runner in hallway. Easy to cut to size. Add great cushion and non-slip to rugs.

Bought several of these rug cushion pads, and I noticed that, while the rug feels good underneath, a small rug or runner will shift on the floor. Basically, it is the weight of the rug which keeps it where you set it, so I am constantly rearranging my 2' x 8' runner in the hallway. The cushion for the larger rug is fine, so I guess I'd suggest that, with smaller rugs, you purchase a non-slip cushion instead of one of these.

Does the job, but you sometimes wish it stuck to the floor (a laminate) with a little more friction.
