Not too firm After reading many reviews, I was afraid that this mattress would be too firm. It is not firm at all. The odor from the mattress is not bothersome and has dissipated over time. I have a really sensitive sense of smell.

Disappointing I replaced a memory foam mattered with this hybrid innerspring memory foam gel mattress. It arrived quickly and was easy to put in place. However, after unpacking the mattress, it did not expand to its proclaimed 14". After giving it a couple of days, I called Great Offer Stock. They acknowledge the defective nature of the product but have given me limited options. They were willing to partially credit my account $*Club Great Offer Stock $$ or they would give me a full refund if I found a non-profit to donate the mattress to in their name and email the donation receipt to them. It is a king size mattress. I cannot move the mattress in my Fiat 500 POP and no charity will come pick up just that item. I am disappointed that Great Offer Stock put me in this position because a mattress they sold me is defective.
