beautiful. easy to assemble

I really like this fountain, It is sturdy and the sound and force of the water can be adjusted.

It is very nice to look and very quitter than what I expected. but it's not even connection part. The left side it looks okay but the right side bottom connection part little sticking up. Other than that It's good and easy to assemble.

Would be 5 stars but the tubing was a little short so unless I keep it full of water it can run dry.

The water fountain is a really product. It's a stunning slate and assembly was quick and straightforward. You can control the pressure of the water which allows you to control the sound. It is a great purchase that I'm very pleased with.

I am a loyal greatofferstock.com customer and I have purchased many items through this website. Normally I am very happy, but not with this fountain. Assembly is easy. But upon getting it out of the box I noticed most of the fountain is made out of a plastic or fiberglass material. I can not tell if there is any real slate on this. It looks more like a plastic painted to look like slate. This is very disappointing as the fountain is advertised as being slate. Upon starting up the fountain water shot everywhere. The pump is too powerful. There is an adjustment on the back of the fountain the instructions say to use to control the water flow. It allows basically a heavy flow which splashes water EVERYWHERE or it allows barely a trickle. After I set it up I noticed one of the steps that holds water had a leak. It just drips the water into the basin, but this shows the poor quality of the item. To get this item out of the shipping box the box basically has to be destroyed. Any hopes or returning it are lost. Not to mention it is very heavy. I tried putting it on a timer. But each time the fountain turns off then tried to turn back on the pump will not start up again without pulling it out of the water and dropping it back in.

My order arrived promptly and the product was easy to assemble. The fountain is much prettier than the picture and description. The box was intact and secured well. The decorative rocks were not in the box but gave me a credit much beyond what the rocks cost. I will definitely buy another fountain and products from ! Thank you! PS I live in a rural town in Central Texas and my order arrived overnight UPS. Great service.
