One of the only 40" cabinets I could find ( I looked for over 6 months). I have a mission style dining room set in dark oak and was having difficulty picking a color. I went with the mahogany and it blends in well in both color and style. It looks just like the color on the computer screen. The flexibility of shelving in this cabinet makes it worth every penny. The main cabinet went together fairly easily but the doors well that was a different story. A lot of tinkering and frustration finally got them to hang evenly. I have put together an entire IKEA kitchen with multiple hanging doors with no trouble at all - makes me think this cabinet could use a little more precision engineering when it comes to the doors/ hinges. I bought 1 extra set of shelves which gives me shelving on one side and an open side that allows me to store the dining room table leaves and any long items like wrapping paper, vacuum etc. I really like it. I have multiple colors of wood in my house and it fit in seamlessly.

Read MoreVery good quality. We selected the Mahogany and it turned out to be a veneer, not just stained. Very surprised and pleased. Does take 2 to put together, but it was not difficult. The instructions looked intimidating, but turned out to be not too bad...took us about 3.5 hours, and we're a couple of old folks! This has been well worth the money and time invested. We would purchase this product again.
Read MoreThis wardrobe was purchased for our guest. room that doesn't have a closet and it perfectly fits the bill. I am F/67 yrs. Working patiently and checking all parts before starting I assembled 75 percent on my own. My husband helped me stand the cabinet upright, tweak the door hinges and install the lock. Took me 2 days working on and off. The directions were good. The finished product looks good and is solid. So why not rated a 5. Three pieces were damaged in shipping so Great Offer Stock had ito ship replacement boards. Customer Service was fabulous. Didn't require photos or return of damaged parts. Parts were rec'd 4 days after calling.
Read MoreNeeded Assembly but was OKnot too difficult. but good quality, really liked it.
Read MoreThis wardrobe is exactly what I hoped it would be and looks great in our bedroom. We did encounter a slight problem during assembly, as the last page of our assembly instructions was missing. But we figured it out and love the wardrobe.
Read MoreThis piece is sturdy, pretty well built, not too hard to assemble. The color is as pictured (I got the mahogany).

Read Morejust finished putting it togather beautiful, another piece that worth every penny. in love with my Wardrobe.
Read MoreWe have limited closets in our home. This works great. Our only issue is that the top of it was not finished.
Read MoreAbsolutely LOVE this! You would never know to look at this assembly was required!! This is all wood no particle board and I purchased this for extra storage for clothes - it sits in my bedroom and I just ordered another one...different color (mahogany) to sit in my living room to hold coats!! This company puts all other "assembly required" furniture companies to shame!
Read MoreGreat quality and easy to assemble!
Read MoreWe have this wardrobe in our remodeled bathroom for sheets and towels storage. We love the look of this wardrobe and has met our expectations.
Read MoreBought 4 units. Had problems with getting units square and hanging the doors -- discovered on the fourth unit it was because the bottom shelf was too wide -- the wrong size. This put a bow in one side of the cabinet and threw everything off. I cut 1/8"+ off the bottom shelf in the last unit and things worked out much better. Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to disassemble the other units to fix them. Also, some of the panels and doors were sightly warped which made for other problems. SOllid wood is nice, but it comes with problems -- at least from this manufacturer.
Read MoreGreat product and very well build. Bought one and then ordered 2 more.
Read MoreWe were looking for armoire to store blankets, sheets and towels. Since it was for the guest bedroom, it didn't need to be extravagant or expensive, but I was really suspect of the armoires I saw on the site for $$$. Solid wood assembled armoires were running in the thousands of dollars, so I thought this was a good compromise, it was solid wood and we would put it together ourselves. The armoire arrived in two large flat boxes - completely unassembled. There are 21 pieces of wood and 197 pieces of hardware. The instructions are all pictures (no words), but they were fairly easy to follow. The instructions show two men - believe me, you need two people to put this together. I also recommend an electric screwdriver and a lot of patience. It took two of us about 6 hours to assemble this. Perhaps my fault, I did not realize that the unit only came with 2 shelves. To order 2 more shelves was $$$. What the ?? That doubles the price of the armoire! My husband went to Home Depot & got them to cut 6 shelves out of quality plywood and stained them for $$. The wood knobs for the drawer and doors were scratched and looked terrible, so we bought metal ones that look much better. Finally, the lock does not fit. We don't care to lock the armoire so it's not a big deal. So overall, I am very pleased with the final result, but it took quite a bit of work to get there.
Read MoreLove it, many uses. Needed husband to put together.
Read MoreWe bought 12 of these units to line both sides of a 20X20 foot room. We first ordered one unit to see whether or not it would meet our needs. We found it satisfactory, but the shelf between the doors and drawer was badly bowed down, toward the drawer. The center divider pulled down the top of the empty cabinet, and by the time the rest of the units arrived 2 weeks later, the pull of the shelf had bowed the top of the cabinet. We cut the sides off of the tops to make them flush so the units could be placed side by side. Put in wood pieces below the top and below the shelf, front and back, to stop/prevent bowing (also to cover the visible gap above the doors.) Replaced the 2 piece 1/4" plywood backs with single 1/2" plywood. Did not install center dividers. Made our own shelves. Installed the kick plate so it was flush with the front sides of the unit. Installed base trim and top trim on units. Excellent for this use! Except for the poor stain job on the interior pieces of the cabinet, these units are perfect for our needs. Except for the backs and the drawers bottoms, these units are solid wood. Gorgeous result. Unfortunately, we could see that if we had purchased these units and used them as expected, we would have had horrible problems with bowing/sagging, especially after things were placed on the shelves. But with a little work and extra cost, you could get these cabinets to last a lifetime, definitely.
Read MoreIt is only solid wood around the sides and top,the shelves also. The piece that attaches to the door for the lock is very flimsy and has already cracked. It will need replaced. The dust cover is also flimsy and cracked while nailing it in. The drawer bottom is also thin. All in all I would say it is not worth $$$, maybe, $$$ especially since you do all the work. It took 6 hrs to put together. It looks nice but more of a espresso than mahogany.
