Grey/Gold Abstract Area Rug This rug does the job. I got the 3'7" x 5'6" size to go between my couch and TV stand in an apartment. Its a bit light for its size, so it moves around a bit even on carpet. And there's already one little section where its pilling just a little. But for the price, can't complain. The reason I say 4/5 instead of 5/5 is the color. As other reviewers have noted, the pictures don't quite match the real thing. In the outdoor shot the gold sections look bright, almost lime in color (to me, anyway). I the other photo the same section looks gold. In real life I would describe that section as 'mustard'. The whole thing is a bit more muted and less vibrant than I was expecting.

So disappointed Just opened my new rug and it is not at all what it was described to be. The color is ugly flat brown and gray, no hints of lime-y green like the picture. It is certainly not flat weave but more of a Berber loop construction. I know that you get what you pay for, but I had expected it would at least slightly resemble the description and picture. If it weren't such a pain in the butt to return to Great Offer Stock I would send it back. Ugh.

grey gold area rug The rug is fine for what it is. However, I had buyer's remorse when I rolled it out (chevron patterns ugh). I prefer the striped version in the same colorway. Neither rug is as warm hued as the photographs suggest, but are true to the written description.
