So far so good. Love some of the feature, still figuring out others. This could be a shortcoming of all the bidets: customization are too narrow, movement of the sprayer is in the 1 inch range; no settings for the duration, etc. Overall is good, maybe very good but not fantastic. In general, my friends who have similar product installed in their homes are always mentioning just one great feature: warm seat :) The price, compared to similar products, is very reasonable. The look/design is outstanding. Installation: you need an extra space behind, regular 10 inch rough will not do or you will end up with the very noticeable custom hardware mess. For new construction go with at least 12+. In case you want to install this to replace existing toilet, you will need to open wall behind. Check with your contractor, do not do it yourself :)

This is my first tankless toilet and bidet seat. It is a good design and functions as described so far. I like that you can still flush it even if the power goes out. Bidet seat is a great way to have advantages of a bidet without having to have a second item. Simple and effective. Recommend looking carefully at install instructions, as there needs to be space between the back of the toilet and the wall, i.e. it has a large footprint.

I love this toilet! We were originally going to put this in our master but put it in our powder room instead. It's quite the conversation topic with guests! The installation was pretty easy and so far the functions have all worked really well. We're really happy with our purchase and considering buying a second one.
