I had to go through 3 wrong mattresses and the 4th one they sent was the correct one. The customer service was outstanding each time I called and was very respectful. They went over and beyond to try and correct the issue and they were not going to stop until they were able to fix the issue. Great sleep! When our new mattress-in-a-box was left at the end of our drive due to a snowstorm I was worried. My husband said, "This can't be a mattress. You must have ordered a topper by mistake." Thank goodness the approximately 4' x 2' x2' box was well wrapped. We carried it into the bedroom and slid the tightly wrapped bundle out of its box. We unwrapped the mattress and set it on top of our box springs. The mattress looked like it was way too small and had been run over by a steam roller. My husband said, "You got scammed." I told him the reviews gave it a five, and we went to eat dinner. Later in the evening when we checked on the bed it was like someone had taken the crumpled up mess of a mattress and replaced it with a beautiful high priced memory foam bed. It was like magic! The mattress is amazing! Great price---shipped to your home, and is as comfortable as a top of the line high priced mattress. This is a no brainier. Buy the mattress, you'll be happy you did. Loved the bed once I got it... I think this mattress is an incredible value, as it allowed me to purchase the king bed I've always wanted. It expanded to within two inches of its full width within minutes! The next day it was the expected size. I deducted one star because if you get really hot at night, you might want to look elsewhere. This isn't a problem for me. The real bummer with not Overstock's fault, but the bed shipped ***Ground across the country and *** sorted it wrong two days prior to my scheduled delivery. It was 2.5 weeks total waiting time. I had moved and we luckily had an inflatable.

Nice, but.... Very similar to a NuForm mattress we bought for our toy hauler but this one has size issues. There was a size disclaimer but I did not figure it would be 4 inches narrower than a standard King. They should be able to keep the size more precise than that. Doesn't look so good when the box springs stick out 2 inches on all sides.
