Great mattress, Bad delivery Bought the mattress online and it's great. The process of receiving it was not, however. Was told it would be delivered in about a week. After 8 business days I called to inquire about it and the woman on the phone sounded like she expected it to be lost, considering how immediately she was trying to send out a new one. To be fair, that's probably the best thing she could have done, given the circumstances. She did also make quick arrangements to get me a replacement, although it seemed to me that she deals with lost items all the time. That's particularly troublesome, given that ALL Great Offer Stock does is acquire and deliver items. They didn't make my mattress, they just had to keep track of it. Someone literally picked it up in their warehouse and put it on a truck and, somehow, that couldn't be done with care the first time. 5 star mattress, 1 star service, 3 stars overall.

Better than Expected We sent this mattress to our daughter that was previously sleeping on an air mattress for nearly a year. We were nervous it would be too soft, but surprisingly it's absolutely perfect! It shipped right away and after waiting 72 hours for it to breathe and air out, it was absolutely ready for set up! We couldn't be happier especially for the price!!

So far, superb mattress! This mattress arrived in an easy-to-handle box and package. It was easy to unpack and just let it roll out onto the bed frame. It "inflated" within the 72 hours, as stated. So far, it has proven to be a comfortable bed. Let's hope it remains so.

Cheap Quality -very disappointing My foam mattress arrived this week and I was very surprised it came in a small box? When I opened the box, the mattress was as flat as a pancake. As I took the plastic off the mattress, it started to inflate similar to a blow-up mattress? While the mattress inflated a bit, it is a small mattress with not much cushion. It is cheaply made. I wish I would have purchased my mattress from *** which was much better quality at the same price. I would NOT purchase this item. Very disappointed.

Jackie T I waited ALL day for the bed to arrive, and it did around 615pm. I was able to unpackage and set it up easily! NO assembly required and the foam opened up within 20 minutes of plastic removal. I had a GREAT night's sleep and hope to continue on my light grey plaid with white quilted top NuForm full sized mattress, that fits perfectly on an old, but sturdy and serviceable platform. A pleasure doing 1st time service w/u, JT in Jersey City.
