They look like camp stove pots more than your standard kitchen pots, but for the price they are an easy replacement to pots. My daughter thought they were our camping pots and pans. They have non-stick but not a thick coating, which means you will need to be extra careful not to tear it, use only non-stick utensils to extend the life of these pans. Assembly was not needed, as they came fully assembled, which was nice. You will need to wash before you place in dishwasher, I have noticed that they do not come clean like most pots in dishwasher, it leaves a film on them, so hand washing these pots is highly recommended. For the price it is a good deal!
