Overall the product is as described. The quality is a little less than expected and I wasn't expecting a high end desk. A main piece of the desk was broken/split upon delivery. This made it impossible to properly put together as one of the fasteners was unable to be screwed in. This did compromise the structure, however I still put the desk together as I did not have the time to wait days/weeks for a replacement piece. It is also semi-time consuming to put together and the directions are not the clearest. If you are even a little handy and reasonably competent you should have no issue putting this desk together. Just leave yourself around 2+ hours to complete assembly. Overall I would recommend this desk as it is affordable and looks pretty decent. Just don't expect a great desk as it is made of a lightweight and cheap material/Wood composite.

Really love this desk! I am an Office Manager and wanted to "downsize" a little. This desk is great. Looks just like pictures! The drawers were a "little" tricky to line up, (but it could have been because I asked my husband for help.. sorry guys!! :) ) But I fixed it.. so the drawers roll out nicely. Storage is great with the little cubby areas!

Overall I like the functionality of the desk ... BUT, there are a couple of huge caveats. (1) It is not natural looking wood, it is very fake with no texture. To me it looks like a Formica countertop from close up. (2) I am pretty good at assembling furniture, but this arrived in about 1,000 pieces, I am not kidding you, it was absolutely insane. But it looks just like the picture, it is nice, and a decent size, with a very nice deep drawer. Just be prepared if you order this, it is NOT reclaimed wood (doesn't really even look like it) and it is a real pain to assemble. If you can get over the assembly nightmare, you might be ok with this good sized desk for the price.

I love this desk! It was a lot to put together but the instructions made it simple! I only wish the longer shelves were more permanently held in. The metal lugs allow you to adjust the space between shelves, but give in if too much weight is on the shelf.

I put the file cabinet on the back side.. the set looks great together. For the price it is excellent.. You can pay 1000's if you want solid wood.. but it more than meets our needs.. We are retired and love the value!!

It gets a 3 for the fact that the wood is so cheap. My chair rubs a bit from how the desk is positioned..it look like paper wood.

I just love this desk. It's made very well in the design provides a ton of storage.

Purchase this desk for my son for his room. It does take a while to build, but the instructions are easy to follow and the quality is very high. Most importantly, he loves it and is using it every night for homework.

This desk is gorgeous! The instructions were easy to follow, although I did find that some of the places where you are supposed to put wooden pegs are incorrect in the instructions. Just look ahead at how the construction is supposed to go and it's easy enough to do correctly. There is so much storage in the desk that I don't have enough to fill it! And the finish is perfect for a raw wood look.

Desk is solid and pretty sturdy. Pretty simple to put together, took about 2 hours or so. It looks great as a corner desk in a smaller room. I really like the light color of the wood and how it imitates the reclaimed look. I also really like the side piece for more space than just your average desk. Shipping was quick and all pieces were present.

Easy to assemble & looks great!!

It looks and feels nice. I was disappointed that the drawers were not wide enough for papers. There is space front and back for a legal file, but that obviously reduces the capacity. Other than that, I really like it.

Solid, heavy desk. Laminate somewhat cheap looking.

Very nice desk but the drawer space is lacking in depth.

Bought this desk and bookcase with draw as a set and they look perfect in my room. Only flaw I would say is the bottom draw for file cabinet does not close all the way - possibly because of assembly flaw but it looks like the cut was not perfect. Not a significant enough reason to not to deter purchase though!

Very heavy, but easy to put together and take back apart if need be. I had to move shortly after purchasing this and we were able to break it down into three pieces for easy transport. The only downside is the material isn't as high quality as I had hoped for, but it is a good deal for the price.

Very happy with this desk. A lot of reviews said it was difficult to put together, but not true. Follow the directions and it comes together like a gem. I ordered a piece of tempered glass to set on top of the desk to protect the surface.
