This unit was easy to put together; it took me about an hour. Some of the pieces don't it together perfectly, leaving a small gap in the pieces that frame the fireplace. It's handsome and attractive, but clearly laminated wood. If you're looking for something that looks like the real thing, this is not for you. It is, however, an attractive and function piece. The fireplace is super quiet and pumps out as much heat as a small space heater.

Quality is great for price! The heater provides adequate heat.

This took awhile to assemble..about three hours. But it's surprisingly good quality for this type of furniture. It's laminate but looks better than most laminate wood. The fireplace feature is unusual but fun! It looks great and has a separate switch to turn on the heat..kind of like a space heater. It pumps out quite a bit of heat.

I really enjoy this media console. It has plenty of storage and gets quite a few compliments from friends and family. I had a little bit of trouble assembling it, but it's not so hard that I wouldn't do it again. I love the barn wood coloring, it goes well with the wide variety of wood finishes in my living room.

This was a house warming gift for my 24 year old daughter and she loves it. Put it together by herself without an issue.

Very nice looking! Husband put it together fairly easily. Fireplace insert did come with broken logs. Customer service was excellent and they shipped out a replacement fireplace insert very fast. Love the look of this and so glad we purchased it! Only reason for not being 5 stars is I wish it was real wood but it's nice regardless.

This is beautiful. I got so many compliments on it over the holidays. I mostly put it together with some help from my 2 yr old in about 3 hours taking a dinner break. It's not hard to do at all. I really love the color. I was nervous about the color because I have honey brown furniture but it actually looks very nice with it.

The stand looks exactly as shown. Deducted a star as it is difficult to assemble.
