Exactly what I paid for. Shopped for mattresses before, all mattresses have huge % markups on them and made from the same facilities as other brands. Ordered the medium firm, I personally like very very firm beds while my wife enjoys very soft beds. This bed in my opinion is the perfect compromise. It conforms well to the body and remains soft but once your body is set in it the support gives a nice firm push-back. Overall i am pleased, can't beat a great mattress for this price. My biggest worry was that i was going to fall right through the mattress but after watching the sales video (i understand its an advertisement) that showed Christopher Knight jumping on the bed i was convinced since he looked to be average size and appeared not to have sunk deep into the bed which eased my hesitation. Gave it a 5 star since i really have no complaints, fast shipping, comfortable, good quality, cool to touch, great look, no abundance of chemical off gas other than what is normal for vacuum sealed memory foam (aired it out and within a couple hours i couldnt smell it anymore on the bed, just in the air of the room so air out the room as well. The negative reviews for off gas was probably because they dont know how to open a window), and pretty dense memory foam.
