First of all, I'm a small woman of almost 70. I was able to get the heavy box to the bedroom, opened and eventually positioned on the bed all by myself. It's in a guest room, our few guests have said it was a comfortable bed. I have slept in in once and slept well. The mattress is softer than I thought it might be, but quite comfortable. I think it's a good buy.
