Medium firmness suites us well. 250 pounds and more I would recommend a firm mattress and for those at 160 pounds and less, get a soft mattress. A memory foam mattress is there to shape to your body and form fits your curves so that the proper support is provided all over your body, no matter which position you are sleeping in. I am happy with the purchase, the pricing is excellent for Cal King 14" mattress. There is no difference in temperature when sleeping, we use the same comforter and blankets.
