When I got a new puppy, I was worried she was going to fall out of my tall bed. I wanted an inexpensive mattress I could throw on the floor until my puppy got bigger and I no longer had to worry about her falling what--to her little 3 1/2 pound self--would be the equivalent of us falling off a five-story building. Enter this mattress. It has really fit the bill. Sure, it's probably not as supportive or as comfortable as you would find a $2,000 Tempur-Pedic to be--but hey you can't really expect that for the price now, can you? It's certainly more durable than the air mattress I originally tried which popped after three uses. Both my dogs really like it--they would give it five paws up--but they are not the ones writing this review. They like the fact that since it is only a single mattress, we all have to snuggle together really close. When I wake up in my C-shaped sleeping position, I find Twinkle is usually sleeping in the curve of my belly and Pixie is sleeping on my neck. Both dogs think it is cozy for all of us to sleep on top of each like this and don't care that they may potentially suffocate me one of these nights. Their only complaint is that we ever have to leave the bed at all.
