The buffet arrived within a few days. Assembly took a few hours, by myself, but it was not complicated. The piece is exactly what we were looking for. The size, color and function are wonderful!

I am so happy with this purchase! I was on the waiting list hoping it would become available to purchase (as it was out of stock when I first found it) and I snatched it up as soon as I could buy it. Great Offer Stock has AMAZING prices and I love their free shipping and speedy delivery. When my initial buffet arrived there were some parts that were scratched and dented- after contacting Great Offer Stock about these issues within 24 hours they had already shipped replacement parts. This buffet does require assembly and it took my husband about 2 hours to put together. It looks great and is very functional. I just love it!!

everything is good except the installation instruction was bad. not clear no some parts, so you have to figure out yourself to make it works.

The piece, like everyone else said, took awhile to put together, but it looks nice. Except that the wood is cheaper than we anticipated. It arrived with some serious dings on the front that make it clear it's not so solid. There's also a hole drilled in the middle of one of the shelves that's clearly a mistake. Not sure if we're going to send it back -- it's unfortunate that it's right on the front.

We purchased the Marley Light Charcoal Buffet a few months ago. It shipped in three boxes (total weight approx. 128lbs.). Assembly of the unit was not difficult, however instructions on how to piece together the drawers was not included (but it was easy enough if you've ever assembled furniture in the past). One of the legs pulled off of the bottom while assembling, and I had to re-attach it with wood glue prior to use. We received many compliments about the buffet over the last few months while it was in use. This week we moved and unpacked the buffet before wrapping it with bubble wrap. While carrying the buffet to the moving truck, two of the four round corner legs, and the single square center leg fell off. Not only did the legs come off, but the metal screw in plate (which had tiny screws) and part of the particle board that is apparently behind the veneer also pulled out. We were not rough with this piece of furniture, we did not slide it across the floor, the legs genuinely just fell off. When we arrived at our new house the buffet was unwrapped, and we found that one of the plastic spring loaded clips that keeps the sliding door in it's track had broken off. We are hoping that a replacement part is available in order to keep using this buffet. It would not look good without the sliding door. The legs will be glued back on, and we will use longer screws from the inside of the buffet down into the legs. The buffet was cheaper than similar looking products we considered purchasing, however we did not think it would have multiple pieces break and fall apart in the first year.

I love this piece! I was careful while assembling the buffet based on other reviews it took about 2 hours for my husband and I to put it together.

I LOVE this piece! It looks great and the material was not damaged at all. However, the instructions that came with the boxes left out the part about building the drawers and inserting sliding door. When we came to the end of the instructions provided, we still had about 20 pieces of wood left with no further instruction....very frustrating after spending two hours to build the piece itself.

Super cute and modern but it arrived broken.

The piece is very nice looking but there were a couple of issues driving the low rating: 1. It's described as wood which meant to me solid wood, it's not. It's pressboard with a veneer layer. 2. There were several scratches and damaged pieces upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had someone putting it together for me and he did not bring it to my attention until it was assembled. It's too much hassle to break it down and return it. If you are ok with it not being solid and check everything before assembling it is a nice piece.

I ordered this with a coupon so It was such a great deal. It's a nice quality heavy wood and when I finished assembling it, it had that new wood smell, hard to come by with furniture these days. It's called charcoal, but I found it to be more of a taupe with brownish greenish tones. It took me about 3 hours to put together alone, but I'm used to flat packed furniture so I really didn't mind. I must warn of one thing during assembly. The pedestal legs are anchored by a screwed in metal base. Do not screw these on too tightly or else it will pull the screws out of the metal base and cause the legs to break off easily. Also, with any heavy piece of furniture that has pedestal legs, you should never tip the weight onto the legs. This will also cause the legs to break off, as another reviewer described. This has nothing to do with the quality of the furniture, it's just a law of physics. If you keep these in mind, you will love the final product. I did!

I love this piece and get lots of compliments on it. I only gave it four stars b/c one of the drawers stick and the little metal pieces on the handles fall out easily.

The definition of crazy is doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results. This is what it was like putting this together. Despite it being slightly damaged upon arrival, it was relatively easy to put together until you had to put the legs on. All of the legs broke off within minutes. All of them. You better have power tools, patience, and faith in something that quite frankly, doesn't deserve it. This thing is garbage

Pros: nice modern color, thin but we'll structured Cons: drawer roller design has flaws. The nail on the roller stops drawer to be closed smoothly. You can feel resistance three time as there are 3 nail on the roller. Just buy for the color as decoration in the house. Not suggest buy for daily usage of the drawers.

This buffet is wonderful. The build process took a little while, but I'm fairly satisfied with the product. It has slight hints of green, but that could be my lighting. It's a true ash grey. The side boards came a little scratched. Nothing show-stopping but certainly far from perfect.

For any reason the majority of furniture that I have ordered thru Great Offer Stock came, damaged, it's a shame since I like their product, but the quality is so bad.

Was originally a little disappointed to find out after I ordered it that it had to be built. After it arrived, however, it was perfect in color and looked great. The instructions were easy to read and follow. In less than 2 hours, my fiancé and I had this bad boy built (I am a maintenance technician by trade, so it may take you longer if you don't have cool, time-saving tools). Only reason it is getting 4 stars is because the bottom drawer needed to be closed and opened multiple times in about 2 weeks to start closing properly without extra effort. It makes me think that wear and tear may make the ball bearings lose lubrication and get stuck.

Unit arrived without instructions, had to make a couple calls to get the correct instructions email to me. Once we had those, it took some time for 2 people to put it together, but follow the instructions step by step and you wont have issues. There was a slight 'flaw' in the handle of the sliding door-it isn't placed correctly so it is visibly crooked, and you cant move it. This part comes pre-installed-not a deal breaker. Unit looks great and storage is awesome.

I read the reviews of another Marley product since the buffet did not have any reviews. I was expecting it to take much longer to put together than it did. It took my boyfriend and I about 2-1/2 hours to put it together. The directions were simple and easy to follow. The color is pretty true to the photo, maybe a bit less gray in person. It's almost like a "whitewash" stain over wood expect it's gray. It's really good quality, solid wood. It came in three boxes and even though it was pouring down rain and ups left them on my doorstep they were all undamaged. The reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it only has one small hole for cords if you're using it as an entertainment center, which I am. Because of how the three shelves fit, you cant get a cord from the middle or bottom shelf through so all of your items with cords have to go on the top shelf. I modified this by putting the back on upside down so the hole is on the bottom, because I wanted to be able to shut the door and hide all the electronics and use the top shelf for nicknacks, like in the picture. Also it's a bit hard to tell from the photo but the square "knobs" are recessed so you will not ever be able to swap them out. Overall I definitely recommend it! I hadn't ordered from Great Offer Stock before and I was surprised by the quality. I waited until the item was on sale and had a new customer coupon so it was a very good deal.

Love the look and color. Pain to assemble because it is time consuming. Drawers are a little on the cheap side, I would not store heavy items in them. Overall I love it for extra storage, the modern look, and the price.
