This pendant needs to be hard wired and will use your wall switch to turn on and off.

"can the globe be removed for cleaning?"

A:
Yes...by unscrewing the brass screws at the top that hold the glass globe in place. Can be hard to adjust it when you put it back on so that it's even, so I usually just clean it in place.

"I installed the light fixture just over a week ago. It didn't hang straight then, but I thought the wire would straighten out. Unfortunately it still does not hang straight. Please advise if there is something I can do to work out the kinks in the wire. If not I will have to return the fixture."

"I posted January 1st because I bought two lamps and had not checked the glass bowls on both carefully. I only opened one and then hired someone a few months later to install them. When they were installed one had a once inch crack on the edge. I called the manufacturer and they said they could not send a new one until they were back in stock, which they appear to be now. I got a 20 dollar credit on my account from Great Offer Stock but what I really want is a replacement glass bowl since they are both already installed. Do I have to buy a whole new fixture to get what I originally ordered intact or can you send me a new glass bowl?"
