Super disappointed. We ordered this chair to be here in time for New Years Eve. It came today and the parts were an absolute mess. The legs are completely scuffed up and someone's hair is taped to one of the legs (ew!!). Also, the screws/washers came in a used zip-lock bag that had a hole in it. I had to chase down all the screws before my dog got to them. The actual seat part of the chair was fine. Called customer service and they were entirely unhelpful. New parts should "Maybe be received in 7 - 10 business days." The rep was combative when we explained that we hoped to have the parts earlier—not only to be here in time for New Years but also so we're not waiting over 20 days from the time we ordered it to use our chair. They offered no concessions for our wasted time, our disappointment, or the fact that they sent us such garbage. Lastly, the parts were well wrapped in bubble wrap, meaning this was not damage they can blame on the shipping carrier. These parts left their warehouse like this. Completely unacceptable.

Nice chair for the price but I would say definitely best suited as a accent chair. In practicality, it’s a bit small even for my apartment and I would not say it’s comfortable. But overall it serves its purpose for me in the corner of the bedroom.
