This is so beautiful!!!! I love the wood colors! Really well made! Heavy, high quality, real wood furniture not the veneer "pictures" that you see so often these days. We bought 2 to use as dressers because one is not big enough for us. The metal edge and the bolts look great! Overall ,a unique high quality piece of furniture that you can enjoy for years to come! Get it The only downside for me: the drawers have wood railings. They slide ok, but metal would have been better in my opinion.

Perfect chest This is a very well made piece of furniture definitely not a throw away , solid construction , very easy to put together just put on legs and handles. Drawers have stops to prevent them from coming all the way out which is awesome ! Wasn't expecting that., drawers are very functional and are deep . Wood itself is beautiful . Packaging was great

3 stars is not such a great review... In my opinion, this 4 drawer Acacia chest is worthy of 5 stars. I NEVER want to buy a piece that needs to be assembled. I trusted what other reviewers ( Thank You! ) said and they were so right. It comes securely packaged and all I did was remove the wrapping, carry it inside, transfer drawer pulls from inside to outside and screw on four feet. Grateful there was no damage in shipping and everything fit including the drawers. I chose this sturdy chest for my entryway because its different, more functional (storage) than the basic accent chest and the acacia wood is so pretty. It makes me smile...no buyers remorse here!

great piece, needed repair Great dresser for small space, sturdy when repaired. Required gluing to repair two drawer slides completely broken when someone tried to slide the wrong drawer in the appropriate opening before shipping. Would have returned, but would rather see a piece be repaired and used than wasted. Be aware, Great Offer Stock, of the pieces you are receiving. Have had good luck for years. This was the worst I have seen, and it is a good piece of furniture. Careless packing from your supplier.

Damage By the time I noticed damage I had already cut box up. Two places. Very disappointed. It was packaged well so the item was like that when shipped. That is more distressing. Why would you send something that isn't perfect? I feel I should get some kind of discount.

Yes, after a fine sanding it could be stained....but Truly, I am not sure why you would want to. The wood is darker than shown in the picture and not as yellow. The wood is absolutely gorgeous. I would not hesitate to buy this piece if you are looking for a smaller dresser.
