I've had this sofa cover not even a week and it has already ripped at the seem and will not properly stay on my sofa. I should of listened to the other reviews on this product. DO NOT PURCHASE this!

Not quality customer service!!!
When I placed the order I purchased a slipcover for a sofa and loveseat to match. I received the sofa slipcover but prior to it shipping I was not notified that the loveseat slipcover was no longer available. So when I received the sofa slipcover I tried to order a match again and was unable to do that. This was very inconvenient for a couple of reasons! Now I had to return the cover for the sofa and in printing a label I was charged for the return $20. That’s outrageous being they should have communicated they both wouldn’t be available at the time to save me the customer the inconvenience of the charge and the return! Very disappointed!! It’ll be a long time before ordering on Overstock!!!

Very poor quality
I purchased (2) of the Lucerne Sofa Slipcovers and was very disappointed. One of the two couch covers ripped within a couple days of being on my couch. Great Offer Stock was kind enough to replace it but that one was no better. I followed the wash / dry instructions and it ripped after it came out of the wash. Even if these covers hadn't ripped, there is WAY too much fabric, making it just about impossible to fit properly on my couch(es), no matter how much tucking I did. Lastly, the package stated that these covers were to come with illustrated installation instructions and they did not. I've returned both covers and ordered two more of a different brand. I'm hoping they will be better. I do NOT recommend these couch covers.

Not as expected
You constantly have to adjust it after you sit on it and if you have pets its a nightmare to keep it clean. For the pirice its OK. I would be more annoyed if it cost more.

The green slipcover is dark green. It is not as it is pictured.
