Great value and look compared to other wall hugger fans. I was torn between this fan and the minka concept which is sold at restoration hardware and Great Offer Stock. Went with the Greige Fanimation because I did not care for the taupe blades on the minka and am very pleased with decision and paid less.
Overall fan looks nice in sons bedroom with 8 ft ceiling. Build is decent for the price and the greige looks good. I had an issue with cracked glass and fanimation customer support was terrific, sent new one right away. My only complaint, which I haven't been able to figure out is that when I use the dual fan/light wall switch that came with it is that the led light is very dim. When I use a single switch, the light is very bright, but I lose independent control of fan and light. Rated 4 stars for this reason, otherwise nice fan.
