Update: O sent me a new light box (I didn't want to have the entire fan taken down after having an electrician in to install) and that one worked fine. So I'm bumping up my rating of the light and O customer service, as always, was exceptional. It's a pretty fan and it's LED which I wanted. I had to go to a specialty lighting store to get a 36" downrod that would work for it but not a big deal. I like the little bling at the top. The light is nice and bright. Dimmer works well. Lots of movement on the fan; I keep it at low for sleeping.Have it in master bedroom.
Original: I had an electrician in to put this in place of an existing ceiling fan, 14 foot ceiling. Looks nice, fan works, but the LED light box doesn't seem to be working. So hopefully I'll be back to say that it's been resolved and I don't have to have the fan removed.
