This is a beautiful chandelier! The shipping was fast, though some pieces were bent and needed straightened. The directions were a bit lacking, but the online photo made it easier to complete. The light was 3 feet too short for my ceiling, and chrome chain was not possible to find to add to it. We had to replace the entire chain with nickel, but it looks fine for now. So, this is a lovely product not made for vaulted ceilings.
