Wasn't sure Wasn't sure about ordering this chair since it reclines and swivels I thought it was going to be very hard to assemble but after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. Comfortable, nice material, pain to put together Very nice chair once assembled. Comes in large 63lb box. So I unboxed it exactly where it was dropped off and moved the pieces to where it was going to be placed. The directions are straightforward and the assembly is straight forward. However, due to the padding on the furniture, you have to pull the pieces together to make the screw holes align. Three days later my left hand still hurts because I had to use my hand like a vice grip. If you're going to get this make sure you have 2 people to help move the box and assemble. Once put together, it's a very nice chair. The leather is super soft, the chair is very comfortable, great back support and I'm 5'9". The swivel base is very smooth and the ottomans are very nice. Takes up a small space for such a comfy/recliner chair. I wish it reclined a bit more. The recline mechanism is a bit clunky but it works. I guess I was expecting a bit more, and assembly was rough - took 3 hours to assemble two of these chairs by myself, get help - but they are nice, they are comfortable, the leather is nice, they look nice....

Comfort and value for a small recliner I am using this chair and stool to replace the very uncomfortable ones that came with our RV. It fits good and doesn't take up much space. We aren't very big so that isn't an issue. I don't think it would work well for someone who is very heavy. It says it is good up to 250lbs.

The back is about 30" from the seat to top and the seat, front to back, is about 23.5" deep. My son is 6' 1" and it is perfect for him.

I believe the chair is real leather. Not the top grade of grain leather, but definitely not bonded leather or vinyl. Time will tell the quality as it is used and how well it wears. I had a top grain leather sofa and love seat and passed this set on to my eldest daughter, who passed it on to her younger sister and it is still going strong after 20 years. It has not peeled, cracked or worn out. I don't think the chair will likely last that long because it's not top grain, but it is a good quality for the price. I'm wagering it will look good and wear well for several years.
