Love this fan except when it is turned on, it smells like burning rubber. I am afraid to use it for fear it will start a fire.

I bough this Lasko tower, and use it all Summer, in a small room, work perfect, very quiet, and good ai, it does not take any space, is excellent.

There were 6 screws missing for the assembly. I tried to call Lasko and left a message and no one got back to me. I then emailed them and within a week got them in the mail. I like the fan because it oscillates because I can't stand it blowing directly on me all night. It actually kept the dust down, too with its ionic thingy. Overall, good deal but the manufacturers' quality assurance dropped the ball.

My bedroom gets hot in the summer so I needed something because the ceiling fan just wasn't doing the job. I bought this fan with hopes that it would make my bedroom at least bearable to be in during the day. It's perfect! I placed it in front of the floor vent so the fan pulls the cold air from the vent and circulates it around the room and it's pretty quiet! I am happy say that I can relax comfortably in my room when it's 103 degrees outside! I have no complaints. I'm glad I purchased this fan.

Better find something else — I have Lasko for 5 years — was lucky to get good one.

Work ok don't blow a lot of air. Good over all

It is quiet and pushes a lot of air out. I have not tried the ionizer yet.

Really like this fan. very quite and strong. Also, looks great! I'd highly recommend getting this. The only negative I have is that the remote signal is very weak, hard to get the fan to respond to changing things, takes a few clicks and need to be somewhat close to the fan.

I am really happy with this fan/ionizer. My heating system is somewhat eccentric, and this really helps regulate the temperature around my small condo. Quiet! I love it.

I love this fan. It saves me a lot of money on my electric bill because it blows cold air all night long! It's easily programmable. Highly recommend!

Exceeded expectation and love that for the price you actually get a towering fan that delivers cool breeze. However, we used it in a small nursery room so we can't tell how will it perform in such an open space like living room. Other than that, we are still happy with the item.

Works well & pretty quiet, Only drawback is buttons are bright and light up the room at night

this is my second purchase of a Lasko fan. they are quiet and really functional. my husband has one in his office and my son just took this one to his college apartment. the first one is over 1 year old and is still going strong. highly recommend this brand!
