First unit, damaged in transport, sent for broken parts, wrong parts, called again, sent new unit, motor did not work, cannibalized front of unit, installed into pre- installed unit. First day the air conditioner has run. Took about 6 hours, and still have to re-package cannibalized unit, call for Fed-ex pickup! Believe customer service and I, ARE GOING TO HAVE TO HELP ON HIS ONE!
