Works very well, cools my whole second floor of three rooms during 90+ degree weather

Will never buy from Great Offer Stock and will not recommend any one to buy from over stock nothing works the 2 lg lp1213gxr units i got where junk one was damage with the plug pins bent sent that one back and got another one with the same problem junk junk

Compressor kicks on for 3 seconds and kicks off 15 20 minutes later 3 seconds again same thing over and over.This will not cool off a small closet.Very unhappy with this purchase. We gave this away to a friend of mine and I was told there was very little refrigerant in it and a switch was bad he replaced an internal switch on it but couldn't add any refrigerant because there was no way to add any.It The reservoir had to be replaced from the factory.

very pleased with this A/C keeps my place cool in the summer. only down side is it is big and heavy

This is the second refurbished portable AC we've bought from Great Offer Stock. Like the first, it's working fine and was a better price than we could find anywhere else.

We have this in our large living room & it cools the whole room nicely. Better than expected!

Great air but needs a air deflector, cool air shoots straight up!

This was a pleasant surprise. It cools the hottest room that faces the sun most of the day to cold. It is a kids bedroom. Great for the price.

The unit is sound and is working as represent and did not see any different between full price or refurbished items in terms of performamnce but 1 wrong size duct was shipped that Great Offer Stock resent the right one and Great Offer Stock was top of it. Good unit no fault to report yet.

I don't usually write reviews but felt I should in this situation. Received 1st AC and it blew hot air, did not cool at all. Sent item back. Received 2nd item and it worked for about a week then the evap system stopped working. Made horrible loud noises and needed to be drained every 30 minutes. Have to say customer service to return item multiple times was great but not fun moving an 80lbs item in and out of a box, outside for shipping then back inside. Eventually purchased a smaller BTU unit from another company and it has worked great. Beware of refurbished units.

This AC unit quickly cools at least 600 square feet by 15 -20 degrees within an hour. Great purchase! Easy installation.

This was a good deal, in that the unit works. But 1) it was banged up (big crack in the plastic case on the side); 2) the user's manual was missing; 3) the hardware (screws etc.) needed to install the hose in the window was missing; and perhaps worst of all, 4) the remote control was missing -- which wouldn't be a big deal to me personally except that on this unit, the oscillating feature on the vent can ONLY be turned on/off using the remote. I requested a new remote for Great Offer Stock, which they sent, but the package was shipped via UPS in a way that does only one delivery attempt at your home, and then requires you to pick up the package at at UPS site. Because I live in a city and don't own a car, getting someone to pick up a package is very difficult -- plus, I was on vacation. So apparently, the remote was sent back to Great Offer Stock. I wasn't expecting perfection with this -- it being a refurbished unit -- but there were just too many pieces missing to make this a 4* review.

the water p[lug was missing from the back of the unit -- plugged in it ran really well when the light went on for the water - I walked over to unplug the unit and empty it an there was water all over my hardwood floors -- once I cleaned it up dry so I could unplug the unit safely I noticed that there was not a cap on the back of the plug it was open - I had to go to **** ***** and buy a screw on cap which doesn't fit right. is there a way I can get the cap for the plug I am going to put a pan under it but that looks awful being it is located in my living room what can be done
