Just Perfect I purchased a KitchenAid spiralizer attachment that pretty much does all the mandoline offers, but most times I just don't want to bother with that (beautiful) monstrosity. This mandoline is the answer to quick and easy veggie prep. It's sturdy, very well-made and just really absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this item to anyone looking for a mandoline.

Nice slices I like the slices I can do of lemons and cucumbers. I am not confident in the safety factor as the "protective arm" flies off. I have given up on it and bought some safety gloves online. I wear the gloves and am careful. I have read on other sites of people getting injured so I try to be careful when using and always wear the gloves. This is pretty large.
