My bad. Yes, this has a poor review from me because the add did not specify that you can only use the k-pods. I wrote this on the other one's review. The k55/k45 is the one I think deserves a great review. I'd give the k55/k45 a 5 star review.

Works exactly the way you expect it to, and makes a perfect cup of coffee every time!

This unit is a pain compared to our other coffee makers. The sensor doesn't recognize that I have added the requested water and usually after 10-15 minutes, it will be ready to brew a predictably weak carafe of coffee. Save your money.

I was excited when I received my Keurig, it has a very sleek look, which I like looks good on the counter. I got my order as expected; unfortunately when I opened everything to examine the machine, I found that it had water dripping from it. Everything was wrapped so I'm confused, I know it wasn't suppose to be a refurbished item so I'm contacting customer service asap.

This machine makes a good cup of coffee! Love I can make a cup or a pot!
