We were missing a few pieces when we received our order and the description stated that a trundle was included, but also didn't come with our order. It took a while, but they were very helpful in making it right for us. The quality of the bed is good for the price. My 10 year old daughter loves it and the trundle bed gives her so much more room to hang out with her friends!
