This item is beautiful but hard to put together. I bought three closet organizers plus an additional Stand-Alone Tower. Everything came in together, in nine boxes, with no marking to tell what was what. The only way I knew how to separate two of the organizers was because the shelves weren't as deep. It took DAYS to sort out and put them together. I had a professional carpenter install my organizers and it took him a full week. UGH!!
