I'm so happy with this closet system, bought both the 12" & 16" systems. Happy with the espresso color, it is very rich looking. Instructions were easy to understand, it probably took a total of 6 hours to install both systems. Extremely happy with my purchase !!

It took some time to install but we have been using it in a bathroom/closet scenario and it has held up very well with 6 months of use. Love the color and options that you have when installing it. Highly recommend for the $$

Sturdy and nice looking.. easy to install with multiple options as long as you read instructions. very happy with it.

Aside from taking hours (about 18) to install 3 systems, this John Louis system failed in two areas. The pull out drawers should have been recessed within the frame vs how it is now - sitting on top of the outer frame when closed. Every time I close a drawer, it catches on the clothes hanging to the left and right. That is a major aggravation. The quality is four stars since many pieces arrived with slight damage to the veneer (dents and chips). It was installed by the contractor when I wasn't here or else I would have sent those pieces back for replacement so just check every part of the system for flaws. It's likely you will find some. All that said, the system looks great and was well worth the money.

Can't wait to install these in our new home! The quality of the product is beyond my expectations. The color is true to the picture and the product is very durable.

Wife was looking for a closet organizer that was of good value and would look good for a 10 ft closet. As it was the maximum width the system was going to accommodate, I didn't need to make any cuts. Instructions were relatively easy to follow. Wood is a little soft, so dents can happen if you are not careful. Took about 5-6 hours to put together with just one person.
