It was exactly what I needed. Delivery was confused, they delivered wrong product at first, but the customer service team straightened it out for me immediately, and sent the correct drawer.

Poorly engineered. Fasteners for drawer face continue to pull out. It may have been this one drawer since the ones that came with the complete unit don't have the same problem. Generally, all the drawers are difficult to align so that they slide properly.

I didn't know 12" drawers are not made for the 12" Simplicity Red Mahogany closet system. I ended up drawerless after completely installing the 12" kit. This being unacceptable, I tried the 12" Espresso drawer. Nobody knows it was not designed this way & it looks great. It is the same high quality as the rest John Louis merchandise I bought. Assembly & easy installation took about 45 minutes.
