I purchased the tub as well as most of the other fixtures needed for a major bathroom remodel off the internet. Some of the other fixtures came from Great Offer Stock. This was the worst of my experience and the reason people should be cautious about ordering on line. The tub appears to be of quality. However, it did not work after installation. The paperwork with the tub did not contain contact information for technical support/warranty. It took Great Offer Stock 6 days to provide me with a customer service number which turned out to be for an importer. This product is foreign made and I soon found out that the warranty is limited to parts only. This needs to be made clear on the Great Offer Stock website. You have to cover labor by hiring a local electrician. My electrician thought the detail of the documentation lacked. For example, it doesn't tell you what amp breaker is needed. Anyway, we called the importer customer service while the electrician was here and the importer had no one around who could answer our questions. I was told someone would call me back. I called them back after 30 minutes and the guy was basically reading the troubleshooting section of the manual back to us. The electrician ended up having to remove the power controller and I had to mail it to CA. After about a month I got a replacement unit in the mail. The importer covered the shipping cost and the replacement was free. I will have to pay an electrician for a second trip to install it. I highly encourage buyers to research the manufacturer and warranty prior to purchase.
