I am really mad because i thought the price for this item was high to begin with and now that i purchased it price has gone down so low i cant even get a full refund for it. It was my firat time buying stuff on the internet after this experience never again will i do that.

almost all hardware was mixed in one bag, couldn't fit past initial setup, instructions not detailed enough (too much pictorial-oriented), cam studs & locks different process than other furniture guideline. Too much for one person to put together. Online description too vague on assembly.

It had a lot of damage when I got it . I got tire of waiting for the parts they order for me . I should have sent it back but I need it and kept it .It serves its purples . I put it together and I'm waiting to see if they will give me some kind of credit .

What a disaster. First of all, when we got the package, it was missing 3 hinges and had a broken drawer. Called the company directly to get the parts. Took them 3 weeks to get me the parts, saying that they don't ship to Canada. So why do they sell in Canada? Good question. Finally got the missing parts and piece that was broken. They shipped the hinges, but forgot to send the appropriate screws. Had to improvise. When putting it together, the last drawer was a mess. Once again, had to improvise by using glue and a bracket to keep the drawer from falling apart. Besides all the issues I had with the pieces, the quality is really below par. I would say the quality is well below a well known retailer that starts with an I and ends with an A. My recommendation is that you stay clear of this product. Very poor craftsmanship and terrible shipping. I am very unhappy with this purchase. It has been a serious waste of money and time putting this crap together. Buyer beware!
