My husband and I really wanted a TV stand with a "fireplace", This one was really affordable. You do have to put it together IKEA style, but the materials far exceed the cheap materials they use. The one frustrating part was that the fireplace box is supposed to be screwed in to the frame of the stand. However, there are no screw holes to do so and there is very little room to screw it in. As somebody else said, we basically left it flush against the front on the TV stand. There is a block that you screw in to keep the fireplace part in place, so we just left it as that. Also I only just noticed that one of the logs in the fireplace has gotten chipped. I believe this was done during shipping, as when I had initially put the stand together I noticed it but didn't realize it was actually broken. Just check your fireplace piece before you put the stand together!
