Beautiful Light, Perfect Size for Cozy Space!! Just installed this with my husband and love the look of this fixture. The finish looks like great quality and is like a brushed nickel, not shiny. The chain is of the same matching finish. The glass that surrounds the center piece is a good thickness (top and bottom are open). Overall excellent quality and unbelievable price. You could not get this kind of polished style at big box stores. The installation is pretty straightforward but do not just rely on the instructions. Watch some tutorial videos or hire an electrician. The wires are labeled for live and negative and are plenty long. I installed mine on a sloped ceiling, no problems. Try to wear gloves when touching the fixture, or you'll spend some time cleaning fingerprints off the glass. No biggie though. When I purchased this, the recommended bulbs were (3) 40 watt candelabra bulbs. That's what's pictured here. IMO, it's not bright enough and this is for a small corner dinette area. I'm going to be replacing with 60 watt equivalent LED filament bulbs and see how that goes. Also, with the current bulbs, no harsh shadows. The size of the fixture is just perfect for small spaces or over large kitchen islands. I don't think it would work as the only light over a large room. About the bent bulb holders mentioned in some reviews, mine were not perfect either and I didn't want to try to bend the metal. On a specific side of the fixture, the holders appear perfectly straight. As you turn it or look from another side, it gets more crooked looking, not terrible but you can see it. I just installed it so the perfect side is visible 90% of the time. If you'll be installing this where you will look at it from all angles, you might want to think about this. LOVE this fixture!

Pretty, but... Pretty lantern if you're only using one. We hung 3 above a large kitchen island and had a difficult time getting three that were not significantly different from each other, dimension-wise (one was too short, one too wide, etc..). A bit pricey for the quality as well.
