I gave the product 5 stars for the reason this bed is amazing super comfy and came in great condition. I did have an issue but that was with shipping recieving 4 different delivery dates and wrong tracking it was frustrating but customer service was amazing Ashley was a great help and made the whole experience that would have been horrible just to receive the product, she made me feel claim and helped me not panic and responded very quickly.
