The reason I gave it only a three is because I haven't used it yet. I'm planning on opening it soon so I know how it works. I'm hoping for a five star rating. Crossing my fingers.

I bought this for our game room and so far it does a good job because living in Texas with 100 degree heat I wasn't sure if it was going to cool the whole area but it does, and another thing is for the money it even heats and it's a 110 so we didn't have to add a 220.
