Assembly was fairly easy. I needed help to attach the top. I would highly recommend this piece to friends.

The drawer will not open or close without forcing it. Screws missing in kit. Wood is not good quality. Would not recommend. Pieces were clearly not made to any specification that would allow this to be functional. Would like to send it back but would have to take it apart again and repackage it so we will probably just live with it.

Bought 2 plus the drawer chest in order to build a pantry wallSeveral parts were damaged. Some slightly, One major piece that had to be replaced which took about three weeks. One drawer doesn't work properly and causes the bottom doors to open and close at the same time you open the drawer. But For $$$$ they look nice once assembled and And it will be fine as kitchen cabinet pantry. Proper pantry pieces to match my kitchen would have been $$$$. Funny but I've had compliments on them! Would I buy them again? Not sure. I think I might look around a bit more.

Came in two big boxes. Opened and the package that contained the hardware to assemble the unit had been opened and then taped up. There were a lot of misding pieces. Had to reorder and wait for them to be delivered as the parts are not universal. Took 3 men, 2 women and a small boy to put together. After all that, the unit is still not sturdy, just waiting for it to fall apart. While it looks ok, I'm just waiting for it to fail. PITA, never again

This product arrived in two large boxes. All parts (minus one) were in the boxes. The pieces are a good weight and feel solid. Assembly was simple. The low rating is caused by the fact that we have a few problems with this product that have not been resolved. In box 1, a support piece had come loose from the base. Six screws were loose in the box. Fortunately, nothing was damamged by the screws and it was simple enough to put the piece back on. All of the screws in the base needed quite a bit of tightening as they were all loose. The missing part was the plastic piece on the bottom of one of the legs. It was not in the box. This piece goes between the wooden leg and the floor. With only three the pantry would rock. The bigger problems were in box 2. Six of the parts were significantly damaged. Getting the company to replace the parts has been a hassle. We've emailed pictures twice now. Three of the four doors are damaged. Two have white lines swirled all over the inside. I was unable to removed the marks. The other door is gouged on the outside. The top piece has a chunk missing from the side so it is visible. The drawer front has a crack that appears to have an attempt at a repair. The center piece, right above the drawer, has a five inch, perfectly straight scrape on the front. Either we got a lemon of a pantry or the company really needs to work on it's quality control. I would not buy from them again.
