This rug is so pretty, so soft, so thick. It is perfect for my home. I would recommend this design and the other rugs like it because it is sooo thick and does not have to be vacuumed as much as others. I have 4 little dogs and two cats, and there is no evidence on the rugs of them being on them...I bought Two 9 x 12s in the gray for my living area, 5 runners for other areas, and this 5 x 8 for the middle of my sewing/studio. These don't even look like they have been walked on.
