These chairs are great, look like real wood, although high-grade plastic. They can sit out on the patio in all weather (CA) and look good doing it. I had a little trouble assembling chairs, but called their help line and discovered I had not read the directions carefully enough. I tightened one side, which I should not have done until chair completely assembled. When I adjusted my error, chair went together smoothly. Highly recommend product, plus this company answered their phone with a real live person! They talked me through the problem! Problem resolved!

I was tired of trying to keep up with low-quality teak/wood. Ends up rotting in the FL humidity eventually. This looks like the alternative! It was easy to put together and seems very well constructed. Time will tell, but love it so far!

excellent chair, strong, heavy, sturdy, easy to assemble- if u have a t5 star drive bit, it can be assembled with cordless screwdriver or drill quite quickly.

this rocker is wide seated and made of a light weather resistant material. It looks great on my deck. so much so I bought a second one. Looking forward to many rocking years.

Well made, fairly comfortable. Wrong color was delivered..had to return. Correct color sent out but there as no hardware or directions. Had to wait AGAIN before able to assemble. greatofferstock.com customer service was very apologetic and did all they could to expedite things. I would not recommend the Highwood company. I contacted the directly and asked for an apology...never received one. They owe greatofferstock.com and me one. Their customer service was arrogant and did not deliver as promised. greatofferstock.com was wonderful to work with which offset the chair company.

These chairs arrived on time and in perfect condition. The wrap was the best I have ever seen and the chairs are beautiful as well as very easy to put together. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that I want to see how they do in a Wyoming winter outside. The material is similar I believe to a Trex deck so I think they should wear very well. I will try to update my review next spring and order more.

Great Offer Stock inadvertently sent the wrong chair... They immediately rectified the issue and I can say that I'm very pleased with the customer service that Great Offer Stock provides. The Highwood product line is fantastic, well made and easy to assemble. As with other chairs I've purchased in this line, the Highwood goes beyond standards acceptable to other companies, their packaging was unbelievably great. No delivery service could hurt these chairs unless they ran them over. The Weatherly rocker is comfortable, not overly tall and does not pitch you out of the chair as you rock. I'm 5'1" and find the chair a comfortable seat height, meanwhile my taller friends find it quite comfortable as well. The price is reflective of a well made product... I foresee this rocker lasting an incredibly long time.
