These cut well enough I suppose but are very light weight. I thought being Henkel that they'd be a little better quality. Haven't had them long enough to rate long term quality. They just feel sort of cheap unfortunately.

These are great knives. Owned these a few years ago and lost some in a move. Had to repurchase because they held up so well. Even saved some money buying on overstock!

ave been enjoying these for a while now. Didn't want to write a review until we used them for an extended amount of time to see how they fared with dish washing and use. We found them to be as good as the higher end knives. Although not recommended, we put them in the dish washer after every use and they still work as good as new. They are sharp. The handle is sturdy. Steel is well made and wears well. Arrived sooner than expected.

Handles do not feel plasticky, they have a brushed finish to them that looks like wood, they are riveted to the metal blade. The blade is VERY sharp. We are using them almost daily if we are eating chicken, not just steak. We do not put them in the dishwasher. They sit in a knife rack with our cutting knives. I am very pleased with this set.

The plastic handle is extremely cheap plastic. You will notice this when you hold them.

These knives serve their purpose. Very sharp. Well-balanced.

This is my second set of Henckels steak knives . The first ones are part of a set of knives, but we were always running out of steak knives. This brand is excellent. The first ones are still perfectly sharp and they're over 10 years old.

Just what we needed, sharp knives that don't require sharpening. Good quality stainless steel, not sure about dishwasher safe.
