Nice carpet for the price.

When I received this rug I loved the colors! Rich looking and went with the room perfectly. After closer inspection I noticed loose threads at one end which I cut off with scissors. I also noticed it shed a lot and continued to shed for weeks. When I vacuumed the rug my vacuum would get plugged up to where I would have to stop and pull the wads of fiber out several times. Back the loose ends I cut when I first laid it out. I continued to see loose fibers and tried to keep them trimmed back so it didn't look shabby. One night my husband and I went to dinner and came home to find several inches of loose fibers pulled from the rug. Our dog had found a loose fiber and pulled on it till several inches raveled away. I should have returned the rug from the get go but didn't anticipate this happening. We ended up throwing it away : (. An expensive mistake. I'm guessing from all the positive reviews that we just had a defective rug and we should have returned it. Our bad.

I love this rug! I bought it in orange and it added just the pop of color my room needed! I looked for a long time to find a square rug like this and I am very pleased with it. My cat loves it, too!

I bought this for my bedroom. The quality is good but slightly rough, however that is how a typical rug of wool is. I ordered green color, it looks exactly as the picture shown.

Lovely, luxurious rug. Sheds somewhat heavily for first few weeks, but constant vacuuming will keep it tidy. Color (orange) quite as portrayed online. It's an invitation to bare one's feet.

Ordered this carpet in grey, instead received beige from a different collection :( So far the customer service is ok, received the return label. now have to go to UPS location and send it back, then wait for refund. will come back and change the rate if refund is handled as promised. can't comment on the quality of the carpet as I never received what I ordered.
