No good Have to constantly add water which means pulling the coffee maker from underneath the cabinet. Difficult to operate, instructions not thorough and Hamilton Beach customer service couldn't tell me how to use this unit. Finally they determined my unit (second one from Overstock) was defective, so I will be returning this one also. Wish I had read other website reviews before purchasing.

Great for office I use this at work everyday whether its my K-cups, tea bags or use the water for hot cereal. It has a slight noise when it's working, but other than that I see no reason to buy any of the higher priced comparable items. Just remember to clean the tray below and use tall cups for the coffee part. I used a small cup and it really over flowed even though I measured out the water using the same cup.

Great coffemaker! This is a wonderful alternative to Keurig. The new Keurig coffeemakers do not easily take any Kcup other than Keurig brand. This one does! Plus you can use the refillable kcup with your own coffee. Has an extra large water reservoir and multiple cup sizes. Well designed and easy to refill and clean.
