Looks great and sturdy I've got mixed reviews about this bed. It looks darker than what's in the picture. I'm not the handiest person so it took me and my sister about 3 hours to assemble. 1 of the legs under the slats came broken but I'm still able to use it without it falling apart. Feels sturdy so far and looks great which is why I gave it 4 stars. Ignore the background color in the photo on the wall behind the bed. It's going to be changed.

Love! Thought I would leave a review to help others when wanting to purchase this bed. It was really hard to order a bed online without seeing it in person, but Im happy I did! Its beautiful! Looks way more expensive then the $$$ I paid for it. Also it is sturdy enough for two, I weigh 120lbs and my boyfriend is 162lbs. Also, another note. When looking on Great Offer Stock this version requires a boxspring. When you see the same exact bed that says Platform, that comes with the slate system. Great bed for a great buy! Very happy with the purchase.

Bed frame This frame is perfect for my space and bed. I have an adjustable Temperpedic bed which really ahs its own frame but have owned it now for many years. It was hard to find a bed frame with headboard which will fit around my temperpedic frame withouf impeding the functionality of the matress. This is perfect. I didnot need the cross board its very sturdy and well constructed. It has just enough room around the frame so the heavy quilt I have on the bed can be tucked in and the bed looks very manicured!!

Beautiful, Quality Bed I was a little worried about ordering a bed online as there was really no way to check quality, sturdiness, etc. All there is to rely upon is reviews... The bed arrived and it was pretty easy to assemble. I'd suggest having a drill handy otherwise you will spend hours using the allen wrench included. I'm very pleased with the quality and look of the fabric covering it. The headboard doesn't seem like something you should really be leaning up against reading at night though as it isn't the most rigid construction where it connects to the rest of the frame. Wish I had more rooms to buy this bed for!

I ordered the regular bed frame and received the headboard, footboard, and rails. However, the head board and footboard arrived in two separate shipments. Just a note. After owning this item for about 6 months. The right side of the board that holds the headboard to the frame, broke. I'm only 5'3" and 110lbs and went to sit upright against the headboard to read and heard the crack. Now that part is wobbly. I'm considering buying a better quality frame now.

Both versions include the headboard, and the matching bed frame. The difference between the two beds is the slats. The regular bed has less slats, so it requires a box spring for use.

Ours came with parts so you can set it up either way, with or without box springs. We opted to use the Euro slats without a box spring and it works perfectly!

They have 3 slats and they are made of wood,however the screw holes were not recessed in the wood far enough and I had to dig them out by hand. They had to be recessed so the mattress would sit flat on the slats. Very sturdy made,really didn't need the wood slats. The slats we're screwed into the middle legs, would never move. Excellent buy!

This bed in the platform version has 13 slats that are made with two metal tubes on each side and one center tube. The slats are bent wood and they are about 6 inches apart.
